Talk to usYou will notice the Practice seat costs less than the Attorney seat. That is deliberate, and it is backwards from how most software is priced. We want the second and third attorney on the same system as the first, because prosecution work is reviewed work. Getting a group onto one tool should cost less per person, not more.
What every plan includes
All analysis modes are included on every plan, with standard usage. Plans differ by seats and licensing, not by withheld features.
- Office action response analysis. Maps each rejection, checks the examiner's characterization of every cited reference against what the reference actually discloses, and ranks the available arguments.
- Prior-art and invalidity analysis. Real external search with ranked references and claim charts. Every outbound query is logged per matter.
- Application drafting. Runs at zero external calls.
- Review of your own drafts. Also runs at zero external calls.
On data handling: Sparlo runs on Anthropic's commercial API. Nothing you enter trains a model. Processed content is subject to 30-day deletion, and processing is US-only. A client consent pack and per-matter AI policy controls come with every plan.
The trial
The trial is self-serve. No demo call, no discovery call, no follow-up sequence to escape.
It is also designed to be run entirely on public documents. Pick a published application and a public office action, run the analysis, and judge the output. Nothing confidential is needed to evaluate the product, so there is no conflicts question and no client-consent question during evaluation.

Why we publish pricing
Most patent-AI vendors do not publish pricing. As of August 2026: DeepIP shows no pricing on its site, and its 14-day trial page is a request form routed to its sales team (deepip.ai/free-trial). Solve Intelligence has no pricing page, and its primary call to action is "Request Demo." The gap is wide enough that third-party sites publish estimate articles trying to reverse-engineer what these tools cost.
We think that model wastes attorney time. You bill in six-minute increments; a two-week demo-and-quote cycle to learn a monthly price is not a reasonable ask. Published pricing also keeps us honest: the price on this page is the price, whether you are a solo practitioner or a 40-attorney group starting with three seats.

Frequently asked questions
What are Sparlo's usage limits?
Every plan includes standard usage sized for an active prosecution docket. On Practice plans, usage is pooled across all seats, so one attorney's heavy month draws from the group's shared pool rather than hitting an individual cap. Firm licenses are flat annual agreements with seats uncapped. If your workload consistently exceeds standard usage, Firm licensing is the right conversation.
Can I add or remove seats?
Yes. The Attorney plan is a single seat. Practice plans start at a 3-seat minimum and seats can be added as your group grows. Firm licenses have no seat cap at all, so seat management disappears entirely.
Is there annual billing?
Attorney and Practice plans are billed monthly per seat. The Firm plan is a custom flat annual license covering unlimited seats.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Sparlo runs on Anthropic's commercial API. Nothing you enter is used to train a model, processed content is subject to 30-day deletion, and processing is US-only. Drafting and draft-review modes run at zero external calls, and every outbound prior-art query is logged per matter, so you have a record of exactly what was sent out and for which matter.
Why is the team price lower than the individual price?
Deliberately. Practice seats cost $249 per month against $299 for a single Attorney seat. Prosecution work is reviewed work, and the product is more useful when the drafting attorney and the reviewing attorney are on the same system. We priced the group seat lower to remove the incentive to share one login or leave reviewers off the platform.
Can I expense the Attorney plan?
That is what it is designed for. At $299 per month with self-serve signup, a single attorney can put it on a card and expense it without a procurement cycle. If it sticks, the Practice or Firm plan is the upgrade path.
Do I need a demo call to get started?
No. Signup and the trial are self-serve. The only plan that involves a conversation is the Firm plan, because a flat annual license has to be scoped to your firm.
Do I have to upload confidential documents to try Sparlo?
No. The trial can be run entirely on public documents, such as a published application and a public office action. Nothing confidential is needed to evaluate the product, and worked examples on real public patents are already published at sparloip.com/examples.
